





JAMES BARCLAY
Playwright / Producer / "Peter"
James is an actor, screenwriter, playwright and director who was born and raised in Vancouver, but spent more than a decade working in the film industry in Europe. He has directed and acted opposite award winners such as Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Game of Thrones), Ulrich Thomson (Banshee) and Zlatko Buric (Wolfs). After returning to Canada, he shifted his focus from film back to his first love-the stage. His recent starring credits include Mischief Theatre's "The Play That Goes Wrong," A.R. Gurney's "The Dining Room" and Norm Foster's "Kiss The Moon, Kiss The Sun." Two of his own plays, "Wonderwall" and "The Movie Star," will be hitting Granville Island stages in 2026.
TRACY LABROSSE
Director / "Tina"
Tracy has been a dedicated member of the Vancouver theatre scene for over 30 years, with a deep passion for every aspect of the craft. From performing and directing to set and sound design, she thrives on being immersed in the creative process. Some of her favourite past credits include "The Dining Room," "Annapurna," "The 39 Steps," "Moon Over Buffalo," "Doubt," and "The Play That Goes Wrong." A recipient of both CTC and Theatre BC Festival awards, Tracy continues to bring passion and dedication to the stage, and is incredibly excited to bring "Wonderwall" to The NEST on Granville Island this April.

MARTA BILOUS
"Charlotte"
Marta is overjoyed to be back on stage as Charlotte in "Wonderwall." They hold a diploma in Acting for Film and TV from VanArts, and was last seen in "Rise" at the Vancouver Playhouse. After a short break, enjoying some slow living on the Sunshine Coast, she’s feeling eager to jump back into the crazy world of acting.
CARRIE HUNTER
"Anne"
Carrie is an actor, aspiring writer, and creative engine behind Specifically Random Entertainment. She is well-known for her work in local independent films, vertical films, murder mysteries, Tony and Tina's Wedding dinner theatre and improv. She has a jester tattoo because the jester brings joy through humor and is also the only one who can speak the truth to the king without being beheaded.
OMER AUBIN
"Scott"
Omer couldn’t be happier to join this fantastic cast. After learning his love for acting in a few over the top pantomimes he moved from Edmonton to Vancouver to pursue film and tv. Now missing the stage a bit too much he is thrilled to be back in the medium he fell in love with. Enjoy the show!
RONICA HUYNH
Stage Manager
Ronica recently graduated from UBC with a minor in Theatre. She’s excited to be joining Black Box Theatre for "Wonderwall."
Previous credits include "Heathers: The Musical" (Sherwood Theatre), "Crossing Delancey" (NVCP), "TomorrowLove" (UBC Theatre), "The Importance of Being Earnest" (UBC Players Club), and "And Then There Were None" (Metro Theatre). Ronica is eager to bring her diverse experience and passion for theatre to this production.
